I drive our clients’ brands forward while managing creative and technology resources effectively and efficiently, working with internal and external clients on strategies encompassing all marketing touchpoints. I meet goals and objectives while upselling and cross-selling new, innovative ideas to increase revenue. I’ve exceeded expectations by building solid client and partner relationships and high-performing, highly engaged, and collaborative teams.

The best part of the job, on top of the level of design we deliver, is growing and mentoring the creative team, discovering new talent, and leading the customer experience. As second in charge, I work directly with the managing partner to assess and facilitate more efficient ways to collaborate and execute the best work possible, grow the business, and remove roadblocks for our team.
